How long will the mat last?
The overall length of time that the mat will last will depend on several factors, such as, how often you use it, what kind of practice you use it for and how you treat it when you use it. By following the included care instructions and not using any oil-based products (including those containing essential oils), you should be able to enjoy several hundred hours of practice on your mat.
I'm not your average height - what if I can't comfortably use the hand and feet markers?
Everybody's different. The AlignForMe system wasn't designed as an absolute solution for everybody, but as a reference system to help you discover what works best for you. Due to your height you may find that you need to place your hands and / or feet in front or past the etched lines on the mat to be able to practice comfortably. If this is the case, don't worry. What's important is that you are able to use the markers that are there to help place your hands and feet in the same place relative to them each time.
For example, you may find that you are most comfortable when you have your hands inside of the innermost hand line, with the tip of your middle fingers always touching the line. If this is the case, just make sure that you're positioned like this each time.
Will there be a strong rubber smell?
"Your Liforme Yoga Mat may have a strong 'rubbery' smell at first. This will dissappear over time as you use the mat, so unroll it frequently at first to help with this process.
What do I do with my old mat if I buy this one. Can you suggest some ways I might be able to recycle / reuse my old mat?

Is there a manufacurer's warranty?
Due to the nature of the product and its uses, there is no manufacturer's warranty available on this product.
